In 1954 Martin Visser becomes head of Spectrum’s design department and hires various designers. In the 1950's and 60's Visser himself designed the iconic collection with the BR 02 sofa bed and SE chair series as its most famous pieces, turned out to be a big hit and still form the backbone of the Spectrum collection today.

The SE06 chair together with the SE05 chair and SE07 dining chairs as well as the TE06 dining table, as well as the fauteuils SZ01 and SZ02 all designed by Martin Visser for Spectrum have a very clear construction and design language and is used in both living room and special reception- and meeting rooms.

At NLStudio we have selected the best companies to partner with for each part of the refurbishing process to achieve the best result for a long lasting Second Life of this Spectrum chair. This means new saddle leather seat and back, a very strong powder coated frame and new floor glides. The SE06 chair is totally refurbished and as good as new available in our shop.
